"An artistic impression of a six-pack with a cannon type 7-field. It is the mobilization of the Dutch Waterline in 1939-1940. The New Dutch Waterline is a very special way of defending oneself against the enemy: one put the land under water. The New Dutch Waterline is actually, in addition to being a very clever, also a very strange kind of defense: you can hardly see anything of it and it had to be specially prepared for each war. Only when it was made ready for war (that's called 'mobilizing') could you see what the Waterline was meant to do: hold back the enemy by flooding large chunks of land.

It is on display in the Corps Room of the Historical Collection Corps of Field Artillery (HCKVA), also known as the Dutch Artillery Museum. The HCKVA's exhibition provides a striking picture of the history of the Weapon of Artillery and, in particular, that of the Field Artillery Corps (KVA). The KVA is by Royal Decree of the Corps Artillery (the oldest corps in the Royal Army, founded in 1677) to continue to be remembered. www.nederlandsartilleriemuseum.nl"

Painting Morning Glory painted authentically in oil paint on linen

Painting with oil paint is a technique that has been around for centuries. It is one of the most famous painting techniques we know. Oil paint has a very high quality and is incredibly durable. As a result, the painting does not suffer from loss of color and you will experience many years of pleasure from your purchase. Examples of the quality of oil paint are the centuries-old paintings that we can still admire today in the many museums around the world. The oil paint is painted on beautiful linen. Linen is well able to withstand the long drying time of the oil paint. The structure of this canvas is not too fine and has a classic look. The painting has an authentic look through the choice of materials and retains its value for many years. You can proudly display this authentic work of art in your home or gallery. This painting will be personally repainted by me by hand and comes with a beautiful matching frame. The delivery time of the painting is three to six months.

Morning glory painting printed on aluminum

An aluminum painting is a modern version of the classic painting. The image of the original painting is very accurately digitized so you will be able to find all the details of the original canvas. The image is transferred with a precision digital printer on a Dibond plate of 3 mm thick. Dibond is the name for the special plate material on which the painting is printed. The combination of an aluminum exterior with a black plastic core makes this material light, durable and very stylish. The aluminum has a white coating. This allows the colors of the painting to fully come into their own and you will experience at home the quality that you would expect in a museum. The Dibond painting has a modern look, a sleek finish and takes up little space. All aluminum paintings come with a matching hanging system. The delivery time is 4 working days and the aluminum painting will be delivered directly to your home.
